Before each session, I listen to your specific needs and determine the best combination of treatments to restore harmony and balance to your body and mind. All sessions include hot towels and infrared light therapy which helps with pain, swelling, inflammation, muscle strains and sprains, muscle spasms, bursitis, arthritis, joint pain, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, muscle tension, and post-operative care. Cupping
Massage cupping has been around for thousands of years and is one of the oldest methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Cupping involves the use of silicone cups to create negative pressure rather than tissue compression. By creating suction, this therapy is used to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesions, drain excess fluids and toxins, lift connective tissue, relieve inflammation, and bring blood flow to our tissues. The pulling action of the cups stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system which can produce an extremely sedating effect.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This massage is a therapeutic form of soft tissue mobilization which dramatically enhances lymph formation, and promotes drainage with the superficial and deep systems of the lymphovascular Network. MLD effectively reduces traumatic and post-surgical edema, and can provide symptomatic relief of migraine headaches, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD), stress, fatigue, and more. MLD also induces general relaxation and detoxification.

Manual Lympathic Drainage/Swedish Massage Combo
A combination of Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques combined with Swedish Massage to result in a rhythmic, gentle, relaxing and flowing massage.

Deep Tissue Massage
This massage helps relieve tired and sore and overworked muscles. It is a deeper pressure massage that is combined with myofascial release techniques to help release muscle adhesions and break up scar tissue. This type of massage is good for tennis players, golfers, athletes, construction workers, and people that have a job where they are sitting for extended periods of time.

Hot Stone Massage
Hand-picked Arizona river bed stones are used in this Hot Stone Massage treatment. The stones are flat, round, and smooth basalt stones that hold the heat. I use Swedish massage strokes along with the stones. The benefits of this type of massage are to help relieve muscle pain, reduce stress and anxiety, boost immunity, promote sleep, and relieve symptoms of auto immune diseases.

Prenatal Massage
This massage is designed to help with the discomfort that goes along with pregnancy. Light gentle strokes relieve lower back pain and upper head and neck discomfort, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. A nurturing, relaxing massage, this massage is performed side-lying with light to firm pressure and involves Swedish massage strokes to help with edema, improve mood and lower stress levels, reduce stress hormones, help with insomnia, and relieve neck and back pain.

Sea Salt Scrub with Swedish Massage
This treatment Is perfect anytime of the year! This soft scrub gently exfoliate your skin while essential oils hydrate your skin, and leaves your skin soft and smooth. Followed by a Swedish massage leaving your body relax and renewed.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a firm to medium pressure massage consisting of long strokes. Effleurage, petrissage, and kneading are just some of the strokes woven into this massage for relaxation and healing.

This session is customized to each client’s specific needs. Perfect for focusing on back, head and neck. All sessions include some Hot Stones, hot towels, Guasha, and Infrared light therapy.
